Drama. Completely unavoidable among teenage girls, let alone girls who live together. It seems like such a waste of time. Sometimes I feel like it would be easier to be like Scarlett O'Hara and write off friendship with women completely, but I've been without girlfriends before. It's not fun.
But why do girls have this built-in motive to be destructive and manipulative? I am not innocent in this regard, but I find it fascinating to observe in others.
